Returns and Refund Policy

We are an eco-friendly clothing business, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check our size guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or speak to us- we are always happy to offer advice on sizing.

We accept size exchanges within 30 days to make sure you get the perfect fit. 

 

How to return items

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive (eg. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks) we will not be able to exchange or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your return, please let us know via email, and we will provide you with returns instructions.  

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to us by phone or email. 

 

Please note - we are unable to refund custom designs made to your specification unless there is a fault with the product.
